The food is tasteful, the service great but the internal wall design of flowers and leaves doesn't fit into the context and is way out of time. Instead, they could decorate with the famous local photographer Michel Pellegrino, which could level up the place according to the history of the building.

The restaurant is located in a historic building overlooking the town of Chiusa Pesio, the building is very interesting and well maintained but the interior design of the restaurant is highly kitsch and a little dated (as seen in the picture below)... to reach 5 stars it is necessary a total renovation assessment.

We finally managed to enjoy dinner in this restaurant... yes, because the only problem I can report is that you have to book well in advance. For the rest, a pleasant surprise both in the quality of the food and in the environment, quiet but not excessive, and in the friendly and fast service. The prices are correct, the quantities are right, I didn't taste the pizzas but the look and smells were still inviting... recommended, it won't disappoint you!
Very nice hidden spot. It is a modern touch of the Italian kitchen(my opinion). The waiters don’t really speak English, but they really do their best to help out! The food is great and they use fresh ingredients.

I have been to this magnificent restaurant at least six times since I discovered it.

The restaurant presents itself with a refined, welcoming and very elegant environment which also allows for sporty and informal clothing.
The quality of the food is truly excellent and even the dishes, even without talking, have a lot to say.
Decorated with flowers that give that touch of elegance.
The staff is very competent and qualified.
Even though they are freshly prepared dishes, they are very quick to prepare and serve them.
In addition to restaurant dishes they also make pizzas but I can't say anything about the latter because I have never tasted them, I prefer to enjoy a delicious different dish every time I go back.
They also have a nice selection of very good wines to accompany each dish.
The value for money is honest.
You don't spend too much but you don't spend too much on what you eat.
I highly recommend it if you are in these parts.

APPETIZER: brisèe crostini with anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea.
FIRST: tajarin with black truffle and crutin.
WINE: Barbera d'Alba "Battalion"
DESSERT: cappuccino foam with biscuits.
Clean and modern environment that winks at its ancient noble origins, Piedmontese dishes interpreted with taste and served with excellent service.
